Old Twins Stadium

Are the big posters in right field of the old twins stadium in play. I put one off of them in a game and the game continued as if it was like the green monster. I always thought they were out of play. If anyone can decipher what I am talking about, was this a game glitch or is my knowledge of old MLB parks just wrong?

It was probably a HR i had a ball hit the grass before the green monster earlier than go thru it for a ground rule double lol

If the ball hits the seats in right-center field, it’s a homerun. If it hits the flat poster/board/advertising or whatever in right field, it’s still in play.
Played a friendly game there, and my friend hit an absolute shot to RF that bounced off the board for a double, and then I hit a fly ball that just barely touched the seats for a homerun. Very dumb park lmao.
