MVP edition content not on my account?

    I have MLB the show 22 on Xbox, Switch and just bought my first MVP edition on PS5. I downloaded it and entered my code for my content. Opened the game and linked my account and i have none of the content. No double rewards, no packs, no stubs, no items i paid for. Im kind of freaking out that the content wont be activated on my account. It isnt in the stub store or pack store. Can support activate that content on my account or did i just waste $90?

    Yes; there’s been all kinds of problems linking accounts and stuff disappearing dating back to last year; unlinking seems to be the only way to bring it back.

    If you search around the forum, there’s been step by step solutions offered by other player that seem to work. Can’t point you to a specific thread though, sorry.

    Thanks for the help, i will look around. I submitted a ticket, but im scared it is going to take forever. I unlinked all my accounts and relinked them and nothing worked so we will see what SDS can do. Thanks again friend.

    No problem. Earlier I was on my phone, so didn't go in details, and I don't know how new you are to this game.

    Once your PSN is unlinked, go where you buy stubs, see if there's a redeem available for your stuff. If not, buy cheapest bundle; once it takes you to the PS store, back out without buying, and then go to buy packs with stubs, and again back out. Check your unopened pack inventory. If nothing is there still, then you are SOL and have to wait for your ticket to go through. Worth at least one last try.

    I never link my accounts, but sometimes my pre-orders are funky like that, and have to toy around the purchase menus in the game and in PS store for them to appear. Fingers crossed every year, but it always comes through.

    I can't say for sure; from what I understand, your inventory is shared across all accounts, but not the stubs you buy with money. Earned stubs from playing and the market is shared; paid stubs you have to spend on the platform you bought them from, IIRC.
