Showdown and Mini Seasons...

They seem to only be included to frustrate you into playing online multiplayer why else would they play like they do this is brutal now I know how you online guys feel hitting/pitching feel terrible

Showdown is always the worst, horribly designed mode. I don't know what you mean about mini seasons, just play on rookie

The problem with mini-seasons is that you never know if it is going to break in the championship round and force you to start over.

Mini Seasons is way worse nothing but the CPU hitting very early no doubt homeruns showdown is actually not that bad compared to Mini Seasons

I did showdown on first try. I like it.

Personally I enjoy both these modes. I just don't like getting the error message 3 out of 3 times I made the championship so far, I refuse to get up tho. I know there's a Trout in those packs!

I spent the weekend playing offline mino-seasons and Conquest. I don't know how you guys doing it. It's like banging your head against the wall.
The umps squeeze the [censored] out of you while the CPU has a hawk eye. Then CPU swings at straight garbage. I'd be losing and the programming would let me back in it on some BS and the same would happen when I was winning, but not as often. I didn't like being allowed to come back all the time. Too scripted.

Showdown and Moments are rage inducing, but mini seasons like conquest is awesome, assuming you don't get the bug. I didn't my first go round. So I don't really agree with that assessment

This is true.
Even if you play on Rookie, you're going to give up home runs to the God Squad teams if you're not careful. Bloops will produce those 'Red ring of death' circles where the ball will land.
I got walked off in a season game, so i made sure i pitched carefully in the playoffs.
As soon as your reliever gets a 'Red Bar,' don't mess around. Always have a lefty and righty warming up because they want us to lose so bad! -

Fair, but I've finished it 8 or 9 times with no issues.

I play mini seasons on rookie and conquest on All Star and veteran at the beginning when necessary then rookie the rest of the way and I have zero issues. I've won the mini season 8 or 9 times and I've lost 1 game total I think, and I haven't lost a conquest game at all. And I'm really not that good.
