Anyone else having this problem?

I am trying to login to my Show Account but when I do I get a message saying Error logging in I can login in just fine with my PS4 account and see my info but can't with my theshow.com account is there anyway to fix this? I as I'm getting a Switch Next month and wanted to link my Nintendo account to my account.

You’re not alone. This is a known problem. Waiting for SDS to fix it.

Its currently happening to me too. I just gave up. Cant even reset your pw cause the email you get doesnt come with a reset key, of which is needed to reset the pw. So many things wrong with that.

Send in a support ticket. The more they get the more people they're aware of that it's happening to.

I reset my pswrd 3 times and I still get the error message

I reset my password a bunch of times, and even tried in 3 different browsers. Still "Error Logging In" with no ability to link my Switch account.

Have you tried unlinking your PSN account first? Not saying that'll help but I've wondered if that's really what it takes to straighten this thing out.

I've tried this. I can only log into this account on PSN. I unlinked it in hopes of being able to link it onto a newly created account but I had no such luck. I still need to be able to log into the account that I cannot get into even after changing the password several times. I've also tried several browsers (4).

At any point, did you use an alternate email and possibly screwed up the account that way?
