Frame rate drops like a stone on series consoles after patch 5

After patch 5 frame rate is tanking on series consoles. Anyone else see this?

The Nintendo Switch has had a bad frame rate all year so this is just talking about xbox.

They making up for it now and punishing xbox

What stadiums? because if it's field of dreams it has been like that
