Very top right is the base overall, underneath in green (or red if it a decrease) is the overall factoring in the star rating at the bottom. Every day live series cards (the base set) get a 1-5 rating based on their actual matchup in real life. If you press Y/triangle to look at the card details under attributes you'll see the specific boots or downgrades.
