What do the stars in the bottom right corner of the cards mean? For example, the #2 on this card...

Thanks! I thought that was the upper right corner where the player I linked went from a 69 to a 70.

But the bottom right with the 2 blue stars is like the same thing?

Very top right is the base overall, underneath in green (or red if it a decrease) is the overall factoring in the star rating at the bottom. Every day live series cards (the base set) get a 1-5 rating based on their actual matchup in real life. If you press Y/triangle to look at the card details under attributes you'll see the specific boots or downgrades.
