Cross platform progression

I have an xbox and ps4 how do I use cross platform progression? I have all my accounts linked but when i play my ps4 its still the default beginner ball player not my xbox ballplayer.

I'm trying to figure out the same thing, I started on Xbox and have my DD, Franchise and RTTS progress on there but I was getting the 'Unhandled Server Error' on there and was unable to play DD or purchase anything so I decided to but the PS5 version. I linked both of the accounts and uploaded the RTTS save file, so far everything has transferred over EXCEPT my ballplayer. It still keeps saying the PS5 one is the default on the server instead of the Xbox one that has all my stats and archetypes. How do I get the Xbox ballplayer to be the player on the server so it will transfer?
