Yeah, I also want to know is it just glitchy in H2h? I was a directional guy a few years ago but the hard contact rates were just so random. Zone is definitely superior but Ive never tried timing.

Timing was added for a reason….to help players compete with zone players without using zone.

No other UT game offers different options for online play….everyone has to do what everyone else is….why can’t this game do the same or match up players using the same interface…it’s really not that bad of an idea.

This is the only game I’ve played that literally uses handicaps for competitive online games. Gtfoh and create a level playing field. SDS is so afraid of players quitting cause it’s too hard.

    Logic.

Why does everyone act like timing is new?

Because they changed the name, and apparently it's "usable" online... that is if you play RS in Allstar and below.

Fake news. I hover between 750-850 with timing while playing zone players who are sweating it out all the while I’m kicked back and relaxed watching TV and letting the game hold my hand.

I was about to say, timing is probably viable online until you get to higher levels. Sometimes I can tell a timing vs zone hitter based on certain results of pitches ie, I groove one on accident and they miss it....likely a zone hitter bc the timing guy would smash it lol

im sure some do well, but I think most timing players will struggle at higher levels

NHL does not offer an interface that lets you aim/shoot the puck with the push of a single button. There’s different ways to aim/shoot the puck is all. NHL doesn’t aim your shot for you or let you rely on RNG.

Yep; you can use square to snap/hold square to slap. You have 3 input types, including the 3 buttons one but that's like playing naked...

Edit: well, if you edit and move the goal posts....

Why does everyone act like timing is new?

    Because it is.

While Directional and (the former) Pure Analog hitting methods have timing aspects built in, they are each different. In Directional, you can manipulate the direction of the ball, somewhat. While in PA, you had to flick up the right analog stick to the side of the plate where the pitch went (L, M, R). Timing Hitting does not have these features. Also, the timing windows for Directional and PA were considerably shorter than in Zone. I have not read/heard if there are different timing windows this year, based on the different methods of hitting.

NHL does not let you both aim/shoot with one button…you still have to do both separately. You haven’t answered my questions in the previous thread btw….conventionally.

Why was feedback removed? It was inaccurate? Interesting…so if that’s the case, your opponents last year didn’t really get perfect/perfect cause the feedback was inaccurate. Interesting ain’t it….logic.

Lol nobody gives a Fk about you and your friend testing feedback and it being “accurate”. Nobody. No matter how many hundreds times you bring that [censored] up NOBODY CARES. You hover at 750 because that’s where you’ve hovered for years.

Your using timing for the exact same reason, on the search for some excuse to why everyone else can crack 900 but you can’t. On here on a fake account talking about being able to win everything and anything whenever you want but when I look up Greenbuk7 I see differently. I see mediocrity.

It was someone else’s question. Show me in NHL where you can aim/shoot simultaneously with one button. I play that game every year and haven’t seen it.

Of course it’s typical, I just told you NOBODY gives a [censored] about you and Bill in a party chat talking about how accurate the feedback was.
How did that go? Mines kinda low homeboy where’s yours homeboy? Oh mines kinda low and too the right homeboy. OMG HOMEBOY MINES THE SAME ITS ACCURATE!!!

You seem to think people don’t read your [censored] homeboy, we just laugh and move on homeboy, so here’s is you running your mouth about winning [censored] you haven’t in years.

“6 years playing online, thousands upon thousands of games, earned every thing possible (WS/12-0) multiple times….and there’s still times I want to pull my hair out in frustration with the way this game tries it’s hardest to keep your opponent relevant during the game.

Simulation to a point is fine, but when that simulation has more control than the player….it’s gone too far. You have to play your opponent and the Sim/RNG at the same time.

    Logic
