Freeze-offs

I don’t know if anyone really even checks up with forums or whatever but this game has been really frustrating me with servers and I don’t know what else to do to get SDS’ attention on this without a mass following. I’m sure they’re aware of freeze-offs and blue screens but they’re never are resolved which sucks because the games really fun this year imo. I’m currently in a freeze-off right now up 12-1 in the bottom of the 3rd with 2 outs in a BR game and my opponent is not backing out because why would he, he has a chance to steal a win with no hope left. I’ve also lost other games to glitches and what not but this one has frustrated me the most and it makes me really not want to play anymore.I wish there was some way to have the game either no count like a friendly or be given a win to whoever was winning because right now it’s stupid with having to basically watch Chase Utley kick dirt around while I could be trying to get a Trout since I don’t like spending additional money in the game because I feel like I’m good enough to grind it out. Just want what’s best for the game.
