Mini-Seasons Question - Newbie

Anyone know if you're losing against the CPU and you close out of the game will it count as a loss? I think some people refer to that as dashboarding....but I may be wrong....
I'm in the playoffs and am not very good. I just want that Longoria card and am down 1-2 in the Championship round.
TIA

It will count as a loss…at least I believe it will. My internet went out a week ago during a mini seasons game and when I logged back in later it was counted as a loss.

Yes if you quit it’ll count as a loss

Not "Quiting"....but going to the Playstation Menu and closing out the game.

It's the same thing NO MATTER WHAT. It will be registered as a Quit. However I dont know if you do that 3x, if it will forfeit your XP like it does in MTO if you quit, close or dashboard 3 times.

Very cool looking card with good numbers, but everyone seems to have problems with mini seasons. Can you play it on any difficulty?

Yea, I play it on Rookie...just lost Game 5 of the Championship 1-0. LMAO! F-me!

I have not even tried playing yet. My rotation & bullpen is not good enough to keep the CPU's Diamond Hitters at bay. I focused more on developing my line up first. Waiting to get better pitchers so I could breeze thru 30 games & winning the minimum 25 needed to advance to post season play in Mini. I just dont want to be playing close games against CPU that can go either way.
This is why I "ONLY" do MTO in "Beginner", just so I can breeze thru it easily. Makes no sense to do MTO in Rookie or Veteran if it gives the same amount of XP as it does on Beginner. Not to mention blow out wins gives more overall game XP. The same goes with Mini having blowout wins & getting more game XP at the end. So IMO Mini only pays off to be played on Rookie with a God-Squad of your own. My line up is there based on cards released so far, but my pitching is not.
