Stuck on March 30th 2023

I completed my first season of RTTS and now I am stuck on March 30th, 2023. I can’t play games, sim, nothing. All I can do is back out to the locker room. When I click on play & then play next it just sits on the calendar doing nothing. Nomatter what I select it just sits there doing nothing. This is extremely frustrating. Has anybody figured out a work around?

There's no known workaround.
Can you please state what ballplayer you used (position, archetype).
Personally, I never encountered this bug, but I've encountered others (pitcher season converted to two-way after 3 games in the majors; archetype progress stuck for Bronze Control pitcher at 22/100).If you want, you can start a new career with the same ballplayer. You keep the player's progress (attributes, archetypes, perks), but lose the career history, and start from minors again.

Catcher - power
How do I start over with the same player & keep all progress? I don’t care about the minors, I’m just building him up for my DD team.

From the main menu, go to RTTS and press the button for MORE OPTIONS (X on XBox). Then choose Start new.
When you are asked to choose a ballplayer, make sure you have your Catcher selected as ACTIVE, then go BACK. Choose CURRENT ROSTERS and away you go. New career file, same ballplayer. -

Choose whichever rosters you want.
