I know they said in the stream yesterday they were doing their first roster update, but, when you look at the roster update link on the web, it says it can’t find one for 22. Maybe it hasn’t happened yet?

With the game releasing before the actual season started, there is a delay that normally doesn't happen.
Typical year would have MLB and the game starting concurrently.
Just chill and wait another week or so. This year has been different from others for timing. That will affect everything.
DD has had underwhelming updates as well, so don't try to compare the two modes. DD drives the money bus as well. You need to accept that.

The rosters are such a joke this year. Kevan Smith has been included on the Braves on every official roster and yet Kevan Smith was outrighted out of the Braves organization in August 2021. He is currently a free agent but someone at SDS thinks he still plays for the Braves so he's been included on the Braves on every official roster. It's asinine.

In all honesty, Ridin’s Rosters probably won’t be out until May. Would DD players be happy if they had to wait an extra month to play the mode they wanted to?
DD players can’t edit rosters; it’s something we all had to do back in the day. You even have full minors now, so start cracking if you want to make it

I haven't checked yet, but is Jake Jewell still on the Brewers?! Last I checked he never played for them and is supposed to be on Cleveland

My point is that even though Cano was suspended last year and Dee spent the year in the minors, they were both still part of the MLBPA. Thus, should have been included. Heck, Bauer played last year and isn't included. He's been acquitted of any wrong doing even if he's parked on administrative leave. They've given him a card to use for DD. So, I'm sure they don't have much of a "moral" stance. I understand with players like VerHagen who spent the last several years overseas.

The roster update was adding in Andre Dawson to the exhibition legends.

They have Michael Conforto and Trevor Rosenthal in the Free Agent pool but don't have Robinson Cano, Ken Giles, etc. on their actual teams. I guess they spent all their time creating one player to add (Suzuki).

If you are playing a franchise, it won’t update… it only applies to new franchises

I also think they should concentrate on franchise. Enough with the DD. A lot of people only play franchise. But whatever legends and players they neglect to add, I just create myself. But it’s tough since they cut down on most of the audio last names which is a bonehead move

Yes, not sure why such few roster updates. I understand attribute updates but we should be getting roster updates at a much faster pace
