i need help with this glitch!

i have my CAP and he works in RTTS but i wanna put him into DD and he pops up as joe random and i select my player things and i go into a game and he is just joe random, how do i fix this

They really neglect this mode and only focus on DD and it shows. I have a issue with pitch selections not being assigned to the correct buttons during gameplay....

I'm not an expert for RTTS issues but have you used console cloud storage?
I played RTTS for 1 game on my PS4, logged into my PS5 and it asked if I wanted to use Joe Random, or my cloud storage Joe Niekro.
Try saving the RTTS to cloud storage, hard shut down the PS for 10 minutes, boot back up and see what happens when you load up. I'm going to guess that MLB will ask you for console storage or cloud storage. Then use your CAP from the cloud and you should be fine.
