Haven’t been able to play online since launch

Hello Community,
I am having trouble playing any sort of online modes on this game since launch. Everytime i try to get in a ranked season game it says “Challenge Failed” and “Lost Connection with opponent”. It’s very frustrating and making me have doubts about ever purchasing another MLBTHESHOW game. I’ve done everything with my ps4 to fix and went on different types of wifis and it’s not a wifi thing. The servers just won’t cooperate whenever i try to play events, ranked seasons, or events. If there’s anyway SanDiegoStudios could help me that would be appreciated. Thanks -
Sounds like there is something weird going on at your end because most people can play online only to have it freeze during the game. First off I will say don't use wifi if you can help it, use a wired connection, it'll be way better for you and your opponent.
Can you play any other game in line at all? I'm not a wiz at connection issues. Have you done a router reset?
Not sure what else to say, hope you get it worked out though
