New car smell

Kinda starting to wear off and the more I play ( especially online) the more I realize nothing has changed at all and I bought a lemon.

This is why I wait until mid life cycle to jump online.

Well given the track record.... it's not gonna be much better then either LOL. But I get it. let em "fix" things.
Was REALLY optimistic when it first dropped. felt like playing a baseball game again... that faded quickly.

Was REALLY optimistic when it first dropped. felt like playing a baseball game again... that faded quickly.
The sad part is the RNG will be out of control come mid life cycle with the 100+ attributes, but it usually feels a bit more balanced and polished by then.

You can’t “enjoy” the show without a beer, unless it was ‘17, the last iteration I actually took seriously and even then I was probably inebriated 60% of the time.

Ha common !!! They add new card art ..........................well it feel just like a fake air trap on the hood of a 1998 Pontiac Sunfire and that my friend is really sh*tty haha ! To be honnest it's like 3 years in a row of the same bullshnitt and no excuses...

Great way to look at it. I’m old school competitive as well so it’s not always easy to have that attitude. But as you said there is a lot out of our control when it comes to games like this so just play and let the chips fall where they may. In the end it’s just a video game and not life or death.

Great way to look at it. I’m old school competitive as well so it’s not always easy to have that attitude. But as you said there is a lot out of our control when it comes to games like this so just play and let the chips fall where they may. In the end it’s just a video game and not life or death.
I’m also on the older side of the gamers that contribute to this forum (45). My favorite memories of of playing competitive baseball video games were of Baseball Stars for the NES and Ken Griffey JR baseball for the N64. We were super competitive playing those games one v one on the couch! It was awesome.

This is the key. I did this last year. Quit out a bunch last year and had like a 400+ win, 400+ loss record last year. Last night had a 12-1 BR run and won Burnes and DeGrom. I was pretty excited. Didn't care whether I won or lost but just kept winning after I lost my 3rd game.

They will never fix anything. They’ll just lie and ignore the problems cause that’s what they do best.
