I think with him and DeGrom and others they’re trying to not have them all have outlier right away... A lot of new people pick up the game and they probably don’t want what happened last year with outlier pin point dots all game long... I’m sure his Sig will have it later on.
If this is the case why have outlier at all?

I only say it b/c the pitchers with outlier always cost the most, and it drives the price down of other pitchers who are better in other categories that are just as important.
Best pitcher right now imo is Mussina
That's a LS collection reward? If so i don't go out of my way to do LS collection. Mostly b/c the way market works.

If SDS is going to give it like it’s candy to every dominant 99 overall pitcher then I’d like it to be removed from the game, outlier should be exclusive to some pitchers only

yeah i agree with you - i would love to see more variety in the types of pitchers being used
