Game Crashing at Login Only on my Live Account.

Ever since MLB The Show 21 came out. I constantly run into a problem where the game will crash and everytime I re-open it, it crashes right before the item rewards screen. After a day it usually fixes itself then I can go play for about two days before it repeats. This problem somehow carried over to 22. I cleared saved data, power cycled my Xbox, factory reset my Xbox, and reinstalled the game and none of that worked. I even tried to play on Xbox cloud gaming but the same thing happened!! I found that I can sign in with a different account on the same console but when I try to switch accounts it starts offline and then when I hit DD or something it crashes while it tries load to online. I’m befuddled. Xbox told me there is nothing they can do. SDS won’t respond to my support ticket either. I don’t know what to do. I just wanna finish my conquest and play co-op with my pal.
