Ps4 no commentary bug

I've been trying to search everywhere, but I'm the only one I see with the problem and I can't fix it and its maddening.

There is no commentary for me whether its turned on or off. If I use the volume slider I hear nothing. If I turn on closed captions I can see they are speaking but it is not working. I do hear weird stuff sounds like its playing the line backwards sped up 10x. Like a "slu" sound.

I have tried to reinstall and patch the game several times nothing. Internal and external hdd install nothing.

Every other sound in the game works fine. Also my Xbox gamespass version does have commentary working, but I'd like a working ps4 copy that I paid for to work.
