I can’t continue my rtts from 21.I upload to the cloud,but 22 keeps telling me no cloud files?Any help would be great.

Just like they killed y2y from 20 to 21 the same is true this year. I guess they don't miss the sales to those of us who bought the game every year only because there were y2y saves.
All the Xbox and switch sales more than make up the missing dollars I'm sure.
It won't be long until Y2Y saves are a distant memory. -

The game does not have Year to Year saves. They took that feature out last year.
You have to start over.
