I don't think we'll ever get confirmation of this, but I expect that @Dolenz_PSN is right. Those of us who got the exception will have to re-start Mini Season just to see if this patch fixes things and prevents us from getting the exception again.

different issue but i had 5 wins count as losses last night, finally just gave up. Something needs to be done about this.

Good thing I’m not the only one with this unhandled server exception when I’m on the last few games of the postseason. Actually it’s not a good thing

I've been holding off but wanting to try this mode since it was announced. Don't know if I have the courage to start a run until they confirm it's fixed/clarify the patch notes. Guess I'll wait for a few suckers to go first then.

Let me know if anyone restarts and if it works …. The mini season is too much of a grind to restart for me. If it works I’ll restart though …. This sucks. They need to give us the Evan Longoria card for this BS

They replied to my ticket with “we are aware of the issue. We can’t assist you further at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience.”
I then asked if I need to reset to get the mode to work again or wait it out. And they copy pasted the same reply with slightly more customer service friendly wording.
My guess is we will have to reset the season and play another 30 games if you want the Longoria and other rewards.
Update: I reset my season a little over a week ago and have been knocking it out couple games a night. Tonight I quit out my remaining regular season games, swept the semifinals and did not receive the unhandled server exception again. Finally swept the finals and got Longoria, the packs and stubs.
Only thing I did differently was I reset the app before my game to sweep the semifinals.

This is interesting. Maybe if Im in a grinding mood Ill tackle it too. I really wanted to try and get Longo early to have a low number parallel, but itd just be nice to have now.

I’ve now finished 2 seasons to only get the server error both times after winning the semi final round.

Made it to the finals, unhandled server exception stuck here too. Sucks.

It handed me a loss just because the application crashed!

Going to update, finally restarted the mini season. I finally got through without the error. The only thing I did different was close the application before the 3rd win in the semi finals. IDK if thats a valid work around, but I got through and got my Longo and rewards. Not touching it again until they announce a fix though.

bumping this as I have the same issue as everyone else. just made the final and getting the 'unhandled server exception.' No chance I am resetting and losing all that progress, so hopefully a fix comes soon.

Got all the way to the championship game and got the unhandled server exception error. I’m going to try to hold out hope they will fix before I have to start a new season. At the very least they need to seriously do some make-rights. So frustrating

What do you mean when u say u closed the app? Before the 3rd win in semis?
