Why wouldn't they? You can only get 12 of the 30. Eventually they'll have to give you the option to earn the other 18.
Or they could make you spend stubs to get them...Only time will tell what all these changes to DD mean. Considering TA rewards have been watered down and the reeducation of stubs after playing, I think it is fair to assume they will limit the number of packs that provide one of the FotF cards.

Yeah. There will be plenty of these down the road. Remember when the HRD and ASG packs were released and going for 30k for base round? I swear if I see Liam and Xander together one more time!!!!!
