It’s up. I use it on my PC while I’m playing, and I have it on Safari on my iPad to check prices. I have a PS account though, so I don’t know if that makes a difference.

It sounds like it won't be on the PC if you are using an Xbox until the game is out for everyone. Right now if you are on an Xbox, your option is using the market in game or with the companion app.

It is out for everyone on 4/5. So tonight at midnight EST. If you are in the in the other time zones, it could be earlier tonight (9pm tonight if PST) for example.
