I got the $99 version on Switch. My packs etc are nowhere to be found. Is this a known issue?

unfortunately yes, i suggest maybe closing the game and opening it, that worked for some people. i've tried everything that's been suggested and just decided to put in a ticket with support. https://theshow.com/support. Be sure to select "Account Issue".
I've done all that. I submitted a ticket as well. Thank you for responding.
If you link your switch account to TheShow account you will lose it all. So unlink it and it will come back. Don’t use cross platform progression. Only earned items and stubs will progress.

That defeats the purpose of me purchasing it on the Switch.
