Very nice! I love statistics and data and numbers, and that is one sexy looking excel file. A sexcel file, if you will.

That excel document is the spreadsheet equivalent of TDKR-era Anne Hathaway.

Shoot - having technical difficulties posting the pic - you'll just have to click on the link. And yes, my Twitter account is "twitarvcpa". I wasn't really thinking when I created it. WHEEEEE!!!

I'll update the pic once I have a weekend full of data. I'll share it with anyone who wants it.

Where does the data come from? is there an API, is this current market data or last years market data? Def interested and looks legit AF

Nice! I started adapting my depth chart and lineup spreadsheet from 21 today, until I realized the API doesn't have all of the cards in the database yet. At least it’s all set up for when the database is complete.

Here is a jpeg of my lineup sheet. This is all automated and driven by the database downloaded from the API. The batter's graph changes depending on who I have highlighted (who is batting) and the pitcher's graph changes depending on who I am facing.

There are some behind the scene things to do each time the database or inventory is uploaded (changed) but it only takes about 15 minutes, and then it is all good to go.

Here is a PDF shot in case it's easier to see. I had to squish it all onto one sheet to do this - it's not this small in my spreadsheet.

Watch my video on youtube. It's long and boring, but I show how to download it and work with it. I have two youtube channels - Blind Bleeder and CWatsonJr.

Once I get my spreadsheet fully integrated with 22, I will stream a new video on Twitch and then store it on my Blind Bleeder youtube channel (because the Twitch video will disappear after a while).

I'm actually "Brute Forcing" the data. I'm simply using the Excel "Web Query" function, and grabbing each page of all the current player market data. Currently, there's 68 pages (by the end of the 21 cycle, I think there were about 90 pages).

Each query is a separate tab in the worksheet, and I do a quick "consolidate" to squish all the data into one tab. It took me about an hour to set it up, and it takes less than a minute to refresh it.

I'm refreshing the data 4 times a day, and I'll do this for the first few weeks to see the trends in how much the various cards move throughout the month.

interesting, can't wait to see it done, about to do some analysis on how the new quicksell values will affect making stubs on player upgrades vs the old system

Wait - entering LS data? What type of data? I probably have it in a download I can email you (if it's the card data and stats) - that is, if you don't want to download the API.

I wonder if your Web Query idea will work to grab the Inventory...but how to separate what I own vs all of it (which is available in the API, so there is no point to that). Currenly, I'm copy/pasting the Inventory I own from the web.

I'm trying the same method I used to get market data to pull inventory, and for the life of me, I can't get it to work. It's pulling the login screen. Probably because the market data is generic and inventory is "specific"? That's as technical as I can get 🤷
