If I already bought the DD version for my PS5 but can’t access it until Monday… can I buy the SE for my Switch and play early access??

No. You can only play early release on a DD or MVP version

Do you have a PS4 that you can play over the weekend? If so, couldn't you just load it on that console?

Do you have a PS4 that you can play over the weekend? If so, couldn't you just load it on that console?
I’m traveling today and don’t get home Monday. I don’t bring my consoles with me. Bringing my switch though, a lot easier to carry.
