Starter stamina idea

I was trying to think of some ideas for always seeing the same Starters and starters coming out of the bullpen. It could be a terrible idea so I won't be uspet if anyone years it apart
Ranked Season specifically:
If a game lasts at least 3 innings without a quit your starting pitcher is now locked for 2 games. After 2 games you can bring them back on short rest with a hit to stamina and start with confidence lower. After 4 games stamina is max again and pitcher is ready to go.

If someone brings in a starter from the bullpen:
Even if the pitcher only goes 1 inning their stamina is immediately dropped to 0 after the game and you have to wait for it to build back up.

Any thoughts? Good idea with some tweaks? It just toss it out completely, terrible idea?

Pretty sure your pitchers lose stamina in Ranked games already.

They do already lose stamina but with pinpoint introduced last year they never run out. Also just trying to think of something that will stop someone from sticking the same pitcher in every 2 games

Ok. I understand now. You're mainly talking about the whole Pinpoint/Outlier debate.

I don't mind how the stamina does now in recovery. The bigger problem is that you could never have to use a reliever. some of these pitchers thrown 120+ and seem to still be green for some reason. Adjusting stamina degradation is the best way to alleviate this. even with max stamina you should be yellow by the 9th inning unless you've only tossed like 70 pitches or something.

I hate outlier for one reason, dudes shouldn't be at 102 the entire game....other than that, pinpoint, outlier etc, it is what it is. I should attempt to learn pinpoint myself lol
