Don't you DD guys want to get better at the game?...you're all stuck at default pitch speeds and like All-Star difficulty?...you guys are stuck in casual limbo.
This is the only video game I've played in like 5 years. Sure I'd love to improve...which I have, at the beginning of the year, I couldn't navigate the menu. We all have different skills dude, we can't all be Barry Bonds with the Sliders turned to 11 facing Mach 12 fastballs. You do you boo.

Guaranteed that if you give him a god squad on DD he will suck and struggle to hit on legend speeds. Playing offline franchise with sliders turned on is way easier than playing online DD against 125 H/9

If you do good, if you don’t then just be aware that your maxed out pitch speeds is the setting we use to practice before going into RS HOF and Legend games

Max pitch speeds on Legend offline gives you .6 seconds to react to a 95mph fast ball, real life is about .4 to .5, so you're telling me your online settings go lower than .6 reaction time?. I seriously doubt that, plus I can't begin to start on the settings you online people are playing at..your base running speeds, throwing speeds, outfield and infield speeds they are all out of wack..it is not realistic or a simulated way of playing The Show...you guys are stuck at default sliders aren't you?, Which is inherently unbalanced when trying to play as realistic as The Show allows. What you online guys are playing is just a mature version of RBI baseball. You think I'm pulling sliders out of my A$$ when I do Franchise? I spend at least 50 hours with help from Slider makers over at Operations Sports to develop as close to realistic video game baseball gameplay I can get it at...only then do I begin Spring Training.

I rarely used starters, but I had these guys ready: Kluber, DMay, and Civale for their pitch mixes. I never used them though.
The bullpen I used was: Sale (funk), Chapman (gas), Andres Munoz (gas), BWags (good per 9s), Doval (funk), John Franco (deception), and Graterol.
And of course, the controversial move of Ohtani from the box to the mound.
I try to wait until my opponent pulls the Ohtani on the mound card before I bring him in, all is fair game at that point.....
As we have discussed, this event is frustrating as while I prefer non HR derby events, I am doing pretty well so far without a loss, yet SDS shows me with 2 losses.....I would like to see how far I could really go without getting one in the standing....Oh well, that is all ego, which I openly admit

Also, I just played a well known streamer just now and that didn't go well, not sure if I'm allowed to post the name but he is the 46!!! It took me a minute to realize who it was and I actually held my own with Paxton on the mound......for 1 inning. In the 2nd, things unraveled just a bit.
