so, here are some cards i would love to see:

    99 Brandon Phillips (2007 or 2009)
99 Derek Jeter (pick a milestone)
    99 Mark Texeira
    99 Sandy Koufax
    99 Yogi Berra
    99 Jorge Posada
    99 Ichiro
maybe a 95 ovr Jay Bruce?

I know the show does not like puttting “cheaters” in the game, but they are HISTORY
    we NEED:
    99 Alex Rodriguez
    99 Barry Bonds
    99 Pete Rose
    99 Roger Clemens
    99 Mark McGwire
    99 Sammy Sosa

I know this would practically break the game, but Aroldis Chapman dotted fastballs at 103-104, so i fully believe that should be in the game.

Lastly, I believe Joey Votto’s speed is slightly underrated. He’s only a 25, but I fully believe he’s faster than Salavador Perez, so I think you guys should up Votto’s diamond speed to at least 40-45

I’m 99% sure they use Statcast sprint speed for the speed ratings. Perez is at 26.1 ft/s and Votto is 25.1 ft/s, so no, Votto is not faster than Perez.

Compare the type of Glove that Wagner used to Jeter. Compare the wool uniforms to what the players have now.

Compare the infields of Forbes Field and Yankee Stadium and the general grounds keeping standards of MLB of their respective eras.

ozzie smith, edgar renteria, robin yount all with more errors than Jeter... as for advanced defensive stats, it's garbage in garbage out. It's worthless without statcast data on every play

If we’re going to come up w a real wish list, how about doing a separate series similar to the Jackie Robinson 42 series that consists of great Negro League players? You can even include Jackie, Hank Aaron, Willie Mays, Ernie Banks alongside Cool Papa Bell, Josh Gibson, Buck O’Neil, Satchel Page … since MLB began to recognize the Negro League stats, let’s get those amazing players and historic individuals added to MLB The Show 22!
