Is he ever gonna be able to hit when he’s the starting pitcher instead of having someone DH? I know it’s a test, but I thought we’re supposed to be able to use him like the Angels do?

For instance, playing co-op had to hope the pitcher’s spot was in the lineup if I chose him as my starting pitcher. We should be able to discard the DH if we want the pitcher to hit.
