Xbox Tech Test Pre-download

Does anyone know how to pre-download the Tech Test on Xbox?
I own a Series and I know for a fact that you can already do it on the PS Store but I can't find it on the Microsoft Store. -

Correct, I am having the same issue.

Theres one on XB that says Free under it. I hit that one and it said download but nothing was downloading. Then I went to another one with 'view game' underneath it and it says 'INSTALL'. Hit install and it's installing now.
I am on Xbox One.
