Man, that climb from P4 to P5 is no joke.
I use a lot of different lineups and cards throughout the year, so I don’t have any P5s yet. Closest on deGrom and Chipper. But, man, it takes a while. I’ve got deGrom, Chipper, Jackie, Betts, Aaron, Mantle and now Piazza to P4. Think might change my lineups now to see how many P4s I can get before I’m done. (Not that the plus-1 rating means much, more a badge of honor).
Funny, Chipper and DeGrom are my only P5's right now. MS Mantle is pretty close as well. I also have 3 pitchers to P4, Piazza, Gehrig, and Eddie Rosario are P4 as well.
And it's all for just as much gain as you got going from nothing to par 1 lol. Makes the card look pretty though.

Online definitely makes this go faster. I remember when I first picked up the awards bellinger; there were 1 or two events he was used in immediately after, and it’s the fastest card I’ve gotten to P5. Think it was +/- 525.
Biding my time offline throughout the week now and I’ve taken to a new approach:
Bad cards (for me) - P1 then change
Good cards - P3 then change
Great cards - P4 then change
Reminds me of the incredible grind from lvl 40 in GT Sport to 50. I'm at 42 there, and it's a mountain!
I'm trying to get Sigs Lindor & Piazza from 4 to 5, but it's a climb!
Offline I somehow got ASG deGrom, POM Buxton, Sig Longoria, POM Schwarber, Awards Chipper, LS Trout, TA Thome, TA Doolittle, and LS Tatis to 5. I have many 4's and 3's.
