How would you have played this scenario?

Top of 4th in a BR matchup. Your opponent has been quick pitching ALL game.
You end up with bases loaded, no outs, and Lightning Blackman is up to bat.
No mind you, your opponent has been pitching so fast that you can't even call time or hit up on the D-Pad to go make a substitution.
What do you do?
Edit: Forgot to say what I did.
I got tired of him constantly quick pitching so I decided that, win or lose, this would be the last inning of the game.
So after I got bases loaded I bunted with Blackmon while sending my runners.
The recap states he HIT for a single but it was a suicide squeeze bunt that score two runs.
Guess they got mad after I scored two more because they intentionally hit my batter.
Well, don't quick pitch me and I won't suicide squeeze with no outs.
Funny thing is they tried the same thing in the bottom of the fourth only their batter popped up into an out and I got the runner on first for the last out of the game.

I think with bases loaded no out, I would have been trying to avoid hitting into a double play by looking for something up, and hoping to not chase. Did he have the infield in?

If he's quick pitching im holding R2.

Unless he was on auto shift; no. He never went into change the shift; so I think it was on manual.
Another reason is that he was also pitching low in the zone.

I tried the R2 a bit; but he was also the home team, picked an MLB stadium, and his connection was poor.
Sometimes I couldn't even hit R2 fast enough to stop his quick pitching.
It was weird. Normally, when a batter comes up to bat, I'll try to hit R3 to see if their is a shift.
The connection was so bad that most of my ABs he was releasing, or ready to release, the pitch and it wouldn't even let me check the defensive alignment.
I had to spam down on the D-Pad to call timeout a few times and I had to actually pause the game to get into my BP. Hitting up on the D-Pad never registered.

yet again dont understand quick pitching. like you clicked play game so what else are u doing

One things for sure, there’s zero chance I would have done what you did.
I would have tried to hit a nuke.
