Phantom Run in Freeze Off

So this might be a bit of a long story but here we go…
On 12/31 I played a ranked game with a competitive rating of 773… this is kinda important because if I win that game I most likely get the points to make it to championship series(800) which would be the first time for me(this is my 1st year owning the game and playing diamond dynasty)
The game was a sweaty and it was 1-0(me winning) going into the bottom of the 8th(my opponent was home). Also important to note I had a PG up to this point. My opponent gets two hits in the 8th and has runners on 1st and 3rd with two outs. His next batter hits a hard liner to center/right and my Mantle runs and makes the catch for the 3rd out… score is still 1-0 me going into top 9…
But of course at the end of the 8th after I make the 3rd out holding the runners at 1st and 3rd, the game FREEZES…
I was well prepared to wait the freeze out due to it being my game to make championship series and it was New Year’s Eve and I was going to be playing the game no longer that evening
Fast Forward to the next morning my internet must have gave out for a second over the night and I was disconnected from the game… I lost, my opp got the win and I went down to 743 CR…
But This is the weird part, yesterday I looked at the game log for that game and it said the score was 1-1 not 1-0… which is weird because my opponent did not score a run before the freeze and only got his first two hits in the bottom of the 8th before leaving two stranded
Even in the game log descriptions of each inning it doesn’t say he scored in the bottom 8th or any other innings… but still the “final” score is 1-1
Has this happened to anyone before? What would be the reasoning for this happening?

becuase it froze, it never actually recorded the final out.
