Well… I was trying to make a WS run, but it’s not gonna happen. I seem to press too much anytime I get around 850 and can’t hit. This is my first year playing, and I really wanted to make it. The most annoying part, is that the down the middle pitch is the only one I seem to really struggle with! Anyone else have a hard time with this? Or is it a mental thing. Pretty embarrassing to constantly swing thru pitches that are right down the [censored]

Mine is anything low in the zone. If it's in the upper part of the zone or mid I tend to not over compensate but anything that is low but still in the zone I ALWAYS get underneath it.

The ridiculous way pitchers can paint the corners for 9 straight innings has conditioned us to always look corners. When a mistake pitch does happen we are almost shocked and that split second fools us as we are not use to seeing that many mistake pitches in this years game.

Not even that, everything has such dramatic drop in this game, I always feel the need to drop my PCI before actually committing to the pitch. As a mostly offline grinder, 80%+ of the pitches are in the dirt or below the zone, so it's conditioned me, as you stated, to always drop my PCI. Pathetic programming by SDS to be honest.

Haha I was nervous to post this in case I play anyone online. But it’s blatantly obvious once you throw me one or two of them anyways 😂. There have been some people who did it too often, and I’m eventually able to sit and wait on it. But it’s rare
