Go to your game history, click on the game, and then click on report. There's a way to do it from within the game too, but I forgot how.

Actually I think its a trial run just in case they ever have control of regulating ANYTHING besides stubbs and senseless suspensions .LOL ,its at least an acknowledgement that people are cheating .Beforehand any suspicions you may have had were a figment of your imagination
