No All Timer's Program this year?
-
One of the best programs in the show's history was in MLB 20 : All Timers program. The one where you got 99 Seaver, 99 Ruth, and it was like a ladder of games from the lowest to highest difficulties. All offline but just wonderful and fun.
I remember the only way I could beat the game at the HOF level was having an all bunt team and bunt my guys over and hope to hit a single to score.
Took me forever but it was so satisfying and rewarding. Too bad it's not in 21.

Doesn't look like it, there are all time teams involved with TA5 though you just don't get any prizes along the way other then the 5 points towards TA5 for beating them on All Star I believe.

This is my first year but I was looking forward to this as well as extreme. I can't complain too hard because the content they have released has been pretty great. But this sounded like a fun challenge and different from other programs.

Since they started a month later than usual they obviously had to cut something, so my guess is that’s what they decided to leave out.

I don’t understand why they need to cut things based on release, don’t these companies want people playing their games? At least up until the release of the new one?. Releasing content costs them nothing, and takes minimal effort if planned and scheduled correctly. SDS should look to release content up until a month before the new release IMO.

Agreed, I understand they need time to plot out next year, but it does seem weird that they just stop releasing content a few months prior to the release of the next addition? Have they announced any pre sale or launch dates for the next season?
I think an All Timer program is a perfect fit during the offseason since the regular season has nothing to do with it.

They said content will continue but there will be no more streams

What about the 10th inning? Will that not have a stream before it's released?

I've never played this late in the year before so I'm really just guessing based on what makes the most logical sense, but my assumption is that once the season is over they don't really care about making sure we're motivated to keep playing because they're mostly focused on next year's game.
You might be right though. We'll see.
-
They'll only do the thanksgiving conquest content I think this week and maybe a Xmas and New Years Conquest map but that's probably about it. Just going off what they did the last 3 years.

It was, I was new to DD dynasty last year and I was so excited about the program that I spent all day playing it. Wish they would make another extreme program. Now I feel skilled enough to beat it.
-
I dont remember much about that program, but I am really surprised we didnt see the extreme programs. Surprised and disappointed.
