Where do I find my twitch packs from this weekend. I've looked everywhere

First, you need to claim them in Twitch. Once you've done that, if you've followed the SDS directions on linking your accounts, you should see them in your inventory to open. It takes about 20-30 minutes for them to show up in the game so you can open them.
