Absolutely garbage diamond dynasty glitch

I was down 3-4 in the bottom of the 8th with two outs. With bases loaded I gap one into the outfield. Runner scores but the runners at 1st and 2nd DONT BUDGE. I’m infuriated to say the least. This cost me a big game that I definitely deserved to at least play extra innings in. Anyone else having this problem?
EDIT: Player from 1st was frozen and thrown out at 2nd so the score didn’t count. Not sure if this is a glitch or that’s actual gameplay but I need to get this cleared up because it has happened multiple times

The baserunning is a joke. Each year they take away our manual ability to baserun more and more and it gets messed up even more. They really need to give us a manual baserunning option and let us make the mistakes. It sucks watching the AI of your team make stupid decisions that should be obvious and there is nothing we can do.

Not a glitch. when ball is hit in play with 2 outs all runners(that have to)need to make it to the next base safely before the run counts( including batter to first)

He also asked why the run didnt score when the batter reached first.
