The easiest and quickest way would be your credit card, but I doubt that's the answer you're looking for.

Granderson and Kerry Wood player programs are pretty easy diamonds to get and are pretty good cards. If you're good, the team affinity diamonds should'nt take too long to get. (I would recommend Gallo, Gleyber or Ohtani)

Level up (at least 3 once you hit level 100 including 2 99s), do the faces of the franchise/team affinity sets and you will get them

So how do I get Wood exactly then?

Go to programs, then player programs. Find Kerry wood and then from there you can do moments/missions to get stars for his program to unlock his card.
