Molina grounds out to third...Again!

Any tips for getting through the Yadier Molina evolution? All I seem to do is hit 5-3 groundouts.

Do directional. First at bat use power swing aiming up and left. Second at bat use regular swing, no direction. Third at bat do power swing, with no direction. Fourth at bat, regular swing, no direction. I guarantee this works as long as you don't swing at stupid pitches.
