Are you talking about The Show 20 or 21? I don’t recall them making a Trout MVP this year as of yet. I guess I could be wrong.

Honestly I hate to admit this, but yes i am, tremendously. I'm not the best player, but I'm fairly decent. With Chipper this year I'm around 350, and my better players I'm all around 300 or so. With Mantle after about 50 ABS, I'm hitting. 091 with 2 HRS. I'm just not meshing well with him. Now I did have two HRS with him where they dashboarded before it landed and that was in my brutal start with him (0-21 to start). I just seem to get unlucky with him. I do think that he's so good it will balance out, and admitting this really hurts me. When his average shows up I'm so embarrassed

I feel you. He's one of my alltime favorite players and I realllllllly dont wanna replace him but it's getting rough not getting anything going with him. Gotta grind it out i guess.

I get what you’re saying, and it makes sense. By the way, I wasn’t knocking you or anything like that. I am not one of those guys. I was honestly curious.

Side note: Mattingly may be the best bat in the game. His swing is butter.
I always complain about how terrible I am with Mantle. After 100 ABs I was barely over .200. After the East event, the WC event and the new ranked season, I've charged up to over .275, which for me, is impressive. I have no idea why.
That said, give me a 98 Mondesi right @Ikasnu_PSN ? And never take my 99 Carpenter away.

98 Mondesi and 99 Cobb last year single handedly won me 1/4 of my games simply cause they went back to back to start and the person quit. Miss those cards.....shame they wont have a Cobb this year.

I started in 19 so I can't go to far back but that card has to be on my top shelf with 19 Griffey boss, 19 Ketel Marte topps, 19 Lou Gehrig boss, 19 Finest Bellinger, 20 Finest Soto 20 PS Seager 20 MVP Trout, 21 Niko Godrum 42, 21 Chipper LS collection card, any Lindor anything

that Niko card is SO underrated. In my opinion was the best of the bunch to start the game

Yaaa he’s on my bench. But wacking .230 w him. Struggling with Hank Aaron so far too. I try not to put much into it, as I struggled with Ortiz out the gate as well but since he’s been a monster.

My best card this year has been Tim Anderson 99. He kicks it.

I'm a .250-2.60 hitter and I can't hit shite with Mantle. Devers is batting 370 for me and that Yelich is crazy good. Slways go back to Trout and Papi over and over. Both hitting around .300 with 50 smacks. Try out that prime Joe Morgan to get out of a slump. He crowds the plate and people throw up and in on him....he lets it fly on up and in....Mookie too

I struggled with him for a while, even on All-Star. Lately, I’ve been making sure to use him when I do custom batting practice and I have been hitting better and better with him. I’ve been consistently getting multi-hit games with him on HOF now and he’s been hitting bombs too. Even moved him to the leadoff spot.

Playing offline, I don't hit homers with him. Everything else but.

It's one of those cards that everyone fears, so you don't see many pitches to hit. -
He's been arguably my 2nd best hitter so far this year (Vlad Sr. is the best hitter imo)

I hate that using that card. For whatever reason I hit nothing but singles with him, even in his moments. It's a great rated card but my lawd does it drive me nuts
