So grinding road to the show has nothing to do with created player ?

I may be wrong, but grinding RTTS while the servers are down will not get you XP or progress against archetypes.

I don't know about the gameplay XP, but the program progress will count. When the servers come back online, the awards (packs) will be available after you get the "error" of having different "saves" between the local machine and the servers.
