I realize giving an ETA kind of opens it's own bag of worms but maybe come and say something like ....
We hope to have thing back by a certain time or some kind of vague time frame but if we do not please have patience were working on it ..
so some know if they should just call it and just figure on tomorrow or whatever but not giving an ETA is kind of messed up but again you will not cause customer service is near the bottom of priorities for you guys. I know I sound like a broken record but SDS the truth hurts doesn't it but be better then me and others would shut up but until then deal with it.

This is the first night I have been able to play in several days...and this happens...well there goes my one night to grind. Yay. Good night everyone.

Nothing like that. The issue was identified and we have a fix and it is going through all the appropriate testing which takes time.
I'm curious as to what's causing the outage.
I hope you enjoy being curious because they will not say.

Update
We will be deploying Game Update 18 soon. This should address the connectivity issues and there are no other changes to note.
We will let you know when it is available to download. Thank you for your continued patience throughout the day. -

Soon. But when we have a confirmed time we will share it. Because the fix required a Game Update, it is going through all the appropriate platform testing which difficult to provide an accurate estimate.

Isn't RTTS tied to online this year as they advance your player with missions and your ballplayer is online?
