How is Jose Altuve a diamond player?

George Springer clubs 2 hrs yesterday, one grand slam and lost -4 last update. No diamond for Javy Baez? Avisail Garcia? Castellanos, Flaherty??
Altuve can barely throw a ball. Weak.

Well, you could actually look at their ratings and see why?
Altuve - No outstanding ratings but at the same time he has no really weak ratings. Solid across the board.
Springer - Not sure. Not great contact vs righties, poor clutch ratings and only average fielding and speed ratings which matter for a CF.
Baez - Really poor vision and discipline ratings due to high strikeouts (5th in the league)
Garcia -This one seems like he should be really close. Vison/Discipline and adequate but not great fielding ratings might be the cause.
Castellanos - Definitely his defense is holding his rating down.
Flaherty - has pitched fewer than 20 innings since May. -
Altuve has been very consistently good this year especially as a bounce back year. Meanwhile Javy Baez hasn’t taken a pitch since the Mayan Calendar started, and has been inconsistent.
