My account is gone?

So i just logged into my Dd acount and its making me restart everything. Lol. Everything is gone. Even when i log into the mobile app. I had over 2 million stubs and its now saying i have 0. How do i file a ticket?

I just signed up for twitch drops too. And i have 1 twitch drop pack. But nothing else. Wtf! Lol. This is funny.

It could be an account linking thing. That, or you're not signed into the profile in which you have all those stubs.

Unlink and everything will be back. It's a known issue. You'll be OK

Just unlink your account. Your inventory doesn't go away.
When you were linking accounts, make sure you select the account with the correct level and stubs balance in-game.

OR.... And follow with me for a second... You guys fix the issue so people don't have to go through this all the time. I've never played a game more jerry-rigged together. Almost nothing works how its intended. Its crazy to me..

We made an update where it clearly displays which accounts are connected with the level and stubs balance for each account.

Unlinking the accounts worked. But i dont understand why i would have to create a new "the show" account, to link with my xbox account. And then i unlink and relink my twitch account. And then i throw on some dumb twitch streamer for an hour. Then i get a twitch pack. Then i log on to do some october moments and i have to restart my diamond dynasty like ive never played before. The i unlink my the show account, and then everything is back, but now i have to relink everything just to get twitch packs. And guess what, i dont have my twitch pack from earlier. Just a disaster. Oh well...

I dont know if that post made sense. Ive been drinking and im on vacation visiting family. Anywho, thanks colin and ministro. That worked.
