Has anyone founds relievers who parallel to 99 overall?
-
When I made this post I almost included a statement asking how long it would take for some guy to show up and not answer the question but instead say something about how 99 doesn't matter. I decided not to start a thread where I'm asking for help with anything ugly. He did show up though, and I'm LMAO right now. Certain topics always bring out THAT guy. You could set your watch by it. Anyway, thanks to all who helped on this thread. Much appreciated!

I hit parallel V with Lee Smith.
I have found Lee Smith to be very good as of late. Didn’t use him as much before, so I don’t have him paralleled very high yet.

I have Chapman and can’t see any reason to put effort to parallel him. Just let it come naturally as what really do you gain with his stats already that you absolutely would want? His pitching stats alone make him a 99 imo.
I look for players to parallel that would propel them to the next tier. Like if a am two points from going from a gold shield to a diamond shield to get better animations. Otherwise I really don’t see the bother if my guy is going to go from 81 to 86 vision.

This is exactly how I feel about it. The only times I really try to parallel a hitter is if it’ll make his contact/power hit 100 or 125, if his fielding goes to the next shield, or if it’ll allow him to still keep his current shield at a secondary.

Andrew Miller is the one I found so far. Maybe some of the 97 guys?
Who cares? It’s just a number.
You care, you replied. Contribute or gtfo

I have Hader to P4 (I believe.. maybe it's P3) - and he hasn't gone up at all from a 97.

It’s a book. And you seem like you need a hug.

I found a few relievers who you can parallel to a certain amount to get them to a 99.
For Andrew Miller you have to get him to a Parallel 2 and then he becomes a 99.
For Hoffman you need him as a Parallel 4 to a 99.
For Eckersley you also need to get him to Parallel 4 for a 99.
For the new NLCS Graterol he only needs to get to a Parallel 1 for a 99.
