Couple questions about Moments
-
If they're player locked; why do we have to deal with computer controlled base runners that either get picked off, ending your AB, for taking a lead or for the same running not taking an extra base; when you need an XBH and it's hit in the gap?
Also, why do CPU controlled pitchers not 'follow' how they pitch in real life? At least as close to possible?
I just watch Kyle Hendricks throw nothing but pitches up above the zone in one of my ABs?
And if we just need hits, and no RBIs, why are there even base runners on the base(s)?

Tip- if you see the runner take an extra step, hit down on the d pad to call time, most likely he wont after(though i did have to call time 3 times in a row a few times)

The worst thing about moments is not being able to restart it at any point. If it’s a ground out. Screw it. I want to restart. Not wait for the play and then the throw. It’s already boring enough. Save me my 3 seconds
-
Even worse, when you have a guy with 0 speed on first base but the cpu pitcher insists on throwing over 3 or 4 times.

All those 3 seconds add up too. They could've saved tens of thousands of hours for all our lives for not having to wait 35 seconds for the first baseman to fake throw back to the pitcher 7 times before finally doing it so you could then trigger the reset!

I was doing the Miguel Cabrera 2 hit no outs moment. After several attempts got my second hit but runner was thrown out at home by a mile. Counted as an out, moment failed! Thankfully got the moment done next try.

The best are when you hit a ball off of the center field wall for a single or pitching moments where you can't give up 2 hits in 7 innings and you cruise through the first 6 and the first 2 guys in the 7th bloop singles over the third basemen so you have to start over.

Having to wait for the play to end before quitting was a fix for ppl getting robbed of homers, they cant fix dashboarding, but you used to be able to regular quit mid flight too until they fixed it.

And then you get a perfect swing and a guy like Nelson Cruz does a diving catch to take away the XBH.

The funniest moment wonkiness I've ever experienced was the time the cpu pitcher tried to pick me off at third. I was thinking "settle down, guys. I'm not gonna try and steal home." lol
