I know a lot of people aren't a fan of the card, but I'm a fan of the dude and I NEED this card!
At what point do you think his price will be the lowest? When does the reward for whatever program he's in end?

Its already down to 300k. That's half of what it was yesterday. Give it a few days and look at the trends to figure out what his low price will be. If it keeps trending down then just wait,

Its already down to 300k. That's half of what it was yesterday. Give it a few days and look at the trends to figure out what his low price will be. If it keeps trending down then just wait,
But at some point, players won't be able to earn him anymore. So, the event ends at some point, right?

(seriously asking, my first full year playing)This is my first year playing as well, but from what I understand these rewind packs are there to keep prices down on reward cards. Apparently in previous years there were waitlist orders on Event/RS/BR reward cards for 1,000,000 stubs because the cards were no longer available. I guess the thinking is that the rewind packs will keep old rewards available and not cause the crazy prices.
So far that is holding true with BR as some of the rewards from the start of the year were creeping up to the 400k range, but after the rewind packs hit last season, they are down to 125k or less. Take everything with a grain of salt since it is my first year.

^^ this is exactly right. Last year SDS released Chipper Jones as a late year BR or World Series reward i forget which and people being loaded with stubs from the Trout collection spent their millions of stubs to get him, the problem with that was some people didn't have their order filled until the show 2021 came out. So SDS said this year that every card would be obtainable and my guess is this is how they do that.

I'm telling you patience is the way to go here. I predict he falls below 250k by tomorrow evening. Helton is down to 160k
