I’m always very sceptical when a game has the EA name attached to it. While it looks like a cool game I won’t pre order or buy it day one(you know the servers are going to be hot garbage day one).
The last game which I was blown away that had their name in it was Jedi Fallen Order, but I still waited.
I’m hoping 2042 is a good game.

I haven't been this excited about Battlefield since 3.

How were you flying in 3? The controls for choppers and jets (and vehicles) were perfect prior to 4. Especially for choppers.
Then they went and ruined it making the commo rose a bumper instead of the touchpad.
Trying to control a tank’s acceleration with the thumb stick sucks.

oh im from america, i know from first hand experience its going downhill

I mean, we've been recieveing half baked games at full price for 10 years now. People just refuse to change and buy it anyway. I didn't buy BFV or BF4 because they were such broken messes.

Totally agree. Its the ultimate excuse well beyond video games.

V is pretty good now, apart from the vehicle controls. It has a good balance between the classes. I’ve been playing it a bit recently. I used to be annoyed that there were never rush servers but then realised that Breakthrough is just rush with better gameplay so try to play that mode.
Did you play 1? I quite liked that one.
